1, rough surface


Failure analysis: The main reason for this problem is that the cutting edge of the turning tool is not smooth enough, the cutting fluid, the cutting speed do not match the machining material, or the vibration generated during the cutting process.


Solution: Use oil or abrasive wheel to polish the tool and select the matching cutting fluid and cutting speed to adjust the position of various parts to ensure the accuracy of the gaps of each guide, so as to prevent the vibration generated during cutting.


2, sickle


Failure analysis: mainly due to the wrong position of the turning tool, either too high or too low, and the workpiece clamping is not solid, the tool wear too much


Solution: adjust the height of the turning tool so that the height of the tool tip and the workpiece axis first stroke, the lifting nut is not lifted, and after the knife is retracted in the radial direction, the spindle is reversed and the turning tool is retracted in the longitudinal direction. In the second stroke, during the reciprocating process, the drive between the spindle, the screw and the tool post is not separated, and the turning tool is always in the original spiral groove, and there will be no disorderly buckle.


(2) For threaded workpieces and screw rods where the screw pitch of the lathe turned to an integral multiple of the workpiece's value, the screw and the screw are rotating. After lifting the opening and closing nut, wait at least one turn for the screw to reclose the opening and closing. The nut, so that when the screw rotates one turn, the workpiece rotates an integral multiple, the turning tool can enter the spiral groove of the previous tool, and there will be no disorderly buckle, so that the opening nut can be used to manually retract Knife. Fault analysis: The reason for this is that when the screw rotates one revolution, the workpiece is not loaded with an integer.


Solution:
