First, NBR nitrile rubber seals: Suitable for petroleum-based hydraulic oil, glycol hydraulic oil, diester lubricating oil, gasoline, water, silicone grease, silicone oil and other media. It is the most widely used and lowest cost rubber seal. Not suitable for polar solvents such as ketones, ozone, nitrohydrocarbons, MEK, and chloroform. The general use temperature range is -40~120 °C.

Second, HNBR hydrogenated nitrile rubber seals: Has excellent corrosion resistance, tear resistance and compression deformation characteristics, ozone resistance, sunlight resistance, weather resistance is better. Better wear resistance than nitrile rubber. Suitable for washing machinery, automotive engine systems and refrigeration systems using the new environmentally-friendly refrigerant R134a. Not recommended for alcohols, esters or aromatic solutions. The general use temperature range is -40~150 °C.

Third, SIL silicone rubber seals: Has excellent heat resistance, cold resistance, ozone resistance, resistance to atmospheric aging properties. Has good insulation properties. However, the tensile strength is worse than that of ordinary rubber and it is not oil resistant. Suitable for household appliances such as electric water heaters, electric irons, microwave ovens and so on. Also suitable for all kinds of contact with the human body, such as water bottles, drinking fountains and so on. Not recommended for use in most concentrated solvents, oils, concentrated acids, and sodium hydroxide. The general use temperature range is -55~250 °C.

Fourth, VITON fluorine rubber seals: high temperature resistance than silicone rubber, excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance and chemical resistance, cold resistance is poor. It is resistant to most oils and solvents, especially acids, aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, and animal and vegetable oils. Suitable for sealing requirements for diesel engines, fuel systems and chemical plants. It is not recommended for ketones, low molecular weight esters, and nitrate-containing mixtures. The general use temperature range is -20~250 °C.

Fifth, FLS fluorosilicone rubber seals: The performance of both fluorine rubber and silicone rubber advantages, oil resistance, solvent resistance, fuel oil resistance and high temperature resistance are good. Resists attack by oxygen-containing compounds, aromatic hydrocarbon-containing solvents, and chlorine-containing solvents. Generally used for aerospace, aerospace, and military applications. Exposure to ketones and brake fluids is not recommended. The general use temperature range is -50~200 °C.

Six, EPDM EPDM rubber seals: Has good weather resistance, ozone resistance, water resistance and chemical resistance. Can be used for alcohols and ketones, but also for the sealing of high temperature steam environment. Suitable for bathroom equipment, car radiators and car brake systems. Not recommended for food use or exposure to mineral oil. The general use temperature range is -55~150 °C.

Seven, CR neoprene rubber seals: Sunlight, weather performance is particularly good. Not afraid of refrigerants such as dichlorodifluoromethane and ammonia, resistant to dilute acid and grease-resistant lubricating oils, but with large swelling in mineral oils with low aniline points. It is easy to crystallize and harden at low temperatures. Applicable to a variety of environments exposed to the atmosphere, sunlight, ozone and a variety of flame-resistant, chemical-resistant sealed environment. It is not recommended for use in strong acids, nitrohydrocarbons, esters, chloroform, and ketones. The general operating temperature range is -55~120 °C.

VIII, IIR butyl rubber seals: air tightness is particularly good, heat, sunlight, ozone resistance, good insulation properties; good resistance to polar solvents such as alcohols, ketones, esters, etc., can be exposed In animal and vegetable oils or oxides. Suitable for chemical or vacuum equipment. It is not recommended to use it with petroleum solvents, kerosene or aromatics. The general use temperature range is -50~110 °C.

Nine, ACM acrylic rubber seals: Excellent resistance to oil, high temperature, weather resistance are good, but the mechanical strength, compression deformation and water resistance slightly worse. It is generally used in automotive transmission systems and power steering systems. Does not apply to hot water, brake oil, phosphate esters. The general use temperature range is -25~170 °C.

Ten, NR natural rubber seals: Has good wear resistance, elasticity, tear strength and elongation. However, it tends to age in the air, becomes sticky when heated, and easily swells and dissolves in mineral oil or gasoline, and is resistant to alkali but not to strong acids. Suitable for use in automotive brake fluids, ethanol and other hydroxide-containing liquids. The general operating temperature range is -20~100 °C.

Eleven, PU polyurethane rubber seals: Polyurethane rubber is very good mechanical properties, wear resistance, high pressure performance are much better than other rubber. The aging resistance, ozone resistance, and oil resistance are also quite good, but the high temperature is easily hydrolyzed. Generally used for high pressure, wear-resistant seals, such as hydraulic cylinders. The general operating temperature range is -45~90 °C.

Twelve, metal rubber seals: made of stainless steel wire, does not contain any rubber components, has a strong use of characteristics. For example: to maintain normal operation in high vacuum, high and low temperature, strong radiation, and various kinds of corrosion and other environments. The sealing ring skin is made of different materials such as stainless steel, copper, PTFE, etc., depending on the application. The coated metal rubber component is used as a core, which has the advantages of high sealing strength, good effect, and reusability. The seal ring core is made of different wire diameters and densities and is suitable for different pressure situations. The general use range is -80~800°C. Because of the high cost, this seal is expensive. However, good performance and a wide range of use environments have been recognized by people.
