Small screws are tiny fasteners that connect products with tiny shapes, but it plays a key role in connecting the key parts. Widely used in electronics, electrical, electrical appliances, furniture, mechanical equipment and so on.


Precision screws need to be hardened.

The rigidity of precision screws on products is generally hardened. Because many unscrewed precision screws are easy to slip or break during the use. The most fundamental reason for slipping and broken threads is that the precision screws are not hard enough. Therefore, the precision screws with hardness requirements must be hardened.


Different precision screw materials.

Precision screws are made of carbon steel and stainless steel. Carbon steel precision screws are generally made of steel wire, and the materials are low carbon steel, medium carbon steel and high carbon steel. Screw wire materials are 1010A, 1018, 10B21, 45 steel, etc. 

Stainless steel precision screws are generally made of stainless steel wires. Its materials are stainless steel 201, stainless steel 304, stainless steel 410, stainless steel SUS316, stainless steel SUS404 and so on.

Precision screw plating is different.

The electroplating of precision screws generally refers to carbon steel precision screws, while stainless steel precision screws generally do not require electroplating unless requested by customers. 

Precision screw plating is divided into environmental protection and non-environmental protection.
