Basic processing and requirements
(1) Grind the old alkyd red lacquer with fine sandpaper, and remove the residual welding slag and rust on the worn parts;
(2) After grinding, thoroughly clean the dust and debris generated by grinding.
(3) Before the coating construction, the base layer should be checked and accepted by Party A, the supervisor and other organizations, and it is confirmed that all oil, ash, grease, dirt, rust layer and other external attachments have been removed before the formal coating construction can be carried out to ensure the coating installation quality and service life.
(4) Before each painting, the substrate or the previous paint should be checked for oil, ash, grease, dirt or other external attachments.
(5) Before applying the primer, pre-coat a primer on the corners, welds, seams, and rust-polished parts, etc., where it is difficult to paint, so as to ensure that the thickness of the paint film in this part meets the requirements.
