The salt spray test is an environmental test that uses the artificial simulated salt spray environmental conditions created by the salt spray test equipment to evaluate the corrosion resistance of screws fasteners or metal materials. It is divided into two categories, one is the natural environmental exposure test, and the other is the artificial accelerated simulated salt spray environment test. The artificial simulated salt spray environment test will check the fasteners in a test equipment with a certain volume space and salt spray environment to assess the salt spray corrosion resistance quality of the products.
Usually we will check the screws lasting for 24 hours. If customes require 48 hours or more, we will make the evaluation according to our customers.
