Hardware screws
1. Firstly remove the sludge from the broken screw surface and use the center pin to smash the center of the section. Then use a drill with a diameter of 6-8 mm to drill the hole in the center of the section. Note that the hole must be drilled. After the hole is drilled, the small drill bit is removed, and the drill bit with a diameter of 16 mm is replaced, and the hole of the broken bolt is further expanded and drilled.
2. Take an electrode with a diameter of 3.2 mm or less, and use the medium and small currents to carry out surfacing from the inside to the outside of the broken bolt hole. Take the half of the entire length of the bolt from the beginning of the surfacing. Begin arcing at the beginning of the welding process so as not to burn the outer wall of the broken bolt. After surfacing to the upper end of the broken bolt, a further cylinder with a diameter of 14-16 mm and a height of 8-10 mm is continuously welded.
3. After surfacing, hammering the end surface with a hammer will cause the broken bolt to generate vibration in the axial direction. Due to the heat generated by the arc and the subsequent cooling, the vibration at this time causes looseness between the broken bolt and the thread of the body.
4. Observe carefully. When traces of iron rust from the fracture surface are found after tapping, the M18 nut is placed on the surfacing stigma and the two are welded together.
5, after welding, cool, hot and cold with a plum wrench to twist around the nut back and forth can also be twisted back and forth side tapping the nut with a small hand hammer so that the broken bolt can be removed.
6. Take out the broken bolt and use the appropriate tap to process the thread in the frame once again to remove the rust and other impurities in the hole.
