How the screw arrangement works
power supply

Power (drive motor)
The interior of the screw machine is equipped with two motors, each responsible for transmission and vibration.
Conveyor track
When the rotating motor passes through the bearing and the elliptical track mounted on the bearing, the screw is sent from its own groove to the top track, and the screw is dropped by the given tilt under the action of the gravity acceleration, in the sweeping track and the stop At the same time, the screws can reach the outlet smoothly.
Sensing section
Two screw sensors are installed in the middle of the track, respectively, to monitor the degree of clogging of the screws, and to compensate the screw jitter time.

When using different screws, it must be used with a matching screw machine.
Screws must not be magnetic or greasy.
Turn off the power switch when not using the unit for a long time.
