1. Carbon steel is divided into low carbon steel, medium carbon steel and high carbon steel as well as alloy steel
Low carbon steel is often referred to as A3 steel. 1008, 1015, 1018, 1022, etc. Mainly used for 4.8-class bolts, 4-level nuts, small screws and other products without hardness requirements. (Drilling nails mainly use 1022 material)
Medium carbon steel is commonly referred to as No. 35, No. 45 steel, 1035, CH38F, 1039, 40ACR, and the like. Mainly used for 8 grade nuts, 8.8 grade bolts and 8.8 grade hexagon socket products.
High carbon steel is currently not used on the market.
Alloy steel such as 35/40 chrome molybdenum alloy steel
2. Stainless steel. Performance level 45, 50, 60, 70, 80
The main austenite (18%Cr/8%Ni) has good heat resistance, good corrosion resistance and good weldability. A1, A2, A4 martensite, 13% Cr have poor corrosion resistance, high strength and good wear resistance. C1, C2, C4 ferritic stainless steel. 18%Cr has better forging properties and corrosion resistance is stronger than martensite. Mainly divided into SUS302, SUS304, SUS316 by level
3. Copper. Common materials are brass, zinc-copper alloy. The market mainly uses H62, H65 and H68 copper as standard parts.
