PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition): The process of transferring a substance or a molecule from a source to a surface of a substrate by a physical process. Its function is to make some particles with special properties (high strength, wear resistance, heat dissipation, corrosion resistance, etc.) spray on the lower performance mother body, so that the mother body has better performance. The basic method of PVD: vacuum evaporation, sputtering, ion plating (hollow cathode ion plating, hot cathode ion plating, arc ion plating, active reactive ion plating, radio frequency ion plating, DC discharge ion plating).

The PVD coating film has a thickness of micron and a thin thickness, generally 0.3 micron to 5 micrometers, and does not need to be processed after plating.

The color of the film that can be plated by PVD coating: deep golden yellow, light golden yellow, brown, bronze, gray, black, gray black, seven colors.
