What are the surface methods of the barbecue net?

After the grilling net is processed and manufactured, the surface treatment is generally required to make the product beautiful, anti-rust and anti-corrosion characteristics. Generally speaking, there are two surface treatment methods for barbecue nets, electro-galvanizing and polishing. Below Anping Guangsenyuan will introduce these two processes to you:

1. Electro-galvanizing is cold-plating, which is the use of electroplating to galvanize the surface of the barbecue net. The process is mainly to immerse the barbecue net and the zinc block in the electrolyte at the same time, and pass the positive and negative electrodes of the direct current respectively. The finished product has a uniform coating. The surface of the barbecue net galvanized in the electrolyte is brighter, and the surface of the barbecue net galvanized in the alkaline electrolyte is whiter, but there is no difference between the two qualities. This process is mainly applied to the surface treatment of low-carbon steel wire (iron wire) barbecue net.

2. For stainless steel barbecue mesh products, the commonly used surface treatment method is polishing. There are three polishing methods: mechanical polishing, chemical polishing, and electrochemical polishing. Each of these three methods has its own advantages and disadvantages.

(1) Mechanical polishing

High brightness. Its disadvantages are high labor intensity, serious pollution, inconsistent gloss, short gloss retention time, stuffiness and rust. Deep-processed wire mesh products are more suitable for processing simple parts, medium and small products.

(2) Chemical polishing

This kind of wire mesh deep-processing product has the advantages of low investment in processing equipment, polishing, high speed, high efficiency, and good corrosion resistance. The disadvantage is that the brightness is poor, there is gas overflow, ventilation equipment is needed, and it is difficult to heat up. This kind of wire mesh deep-processing product is suitable for processing small batches of complex parts and products with low brightness requirements for small parts.

(3) Electrochemical polishing

The advantages of this kind of silk screen deep processing product are that the mirror gloss is maintained long, the process is stable, the pollution is less, the cost is low, and the corrosion resistance is good. The disadvantages are high pollution prevention, large one-time investment in processing equipment, tooling and auxiliary electrodes for complex parts, and cooling facilities for mass production. Suitable for mass production, this deep-processed wire mesh product is mainly used in high-end products, export products, and products with tolerances. Its processing technology is stable and the operation is simple.
