I. The main technical documents that guide production
The planning and scheduling of the machining workshop production, the operation of the workers, the inspection of the processing quality of the parts, and the calculation of the processing cost are all based on the process specification. Dealing with problems in production also often uses process procedures as a common basis. If quality accidents are handled, the responsibilities of the relevant units and personnel shall be determined according to the technical regulations.
Second, the main basis for production preparation
When a new part is to be produced in a workshop, it is first necessary to formulate the machining process specification for the part and then prepare the production according to the process specification. Such as: the analysis of key processes in the new parts processing process; preparation of the necessary knives, folders, measuring tools; raw materials and rough purchase or manufacturing; the purchase of new equipment or old equipment modification, etc., must be carried out according to the process.
