The pinggood spring is often used in life, and the plasticity of the spring is also very strong. When spring processing, we need to pay attention to what?

(1) Springs without supporting rings and springs with fine diameters cannot be welded to the sprue, but the cable at the end should not be loosened. When it comes to welding multiple springs on the head, the length of the welded part should not exceed 3 times the cable diameter. The length of the heating needs to be less than one revolution. After the welding is completed, it needs to be smooth and polished. During the welding, the part to be welded at low temperature should be subjected to low-temperature annealing.

(2) The support ring is selected according to the requirements of the product, and generally can be divided into cold and heat and these two methods. If the method of heat is used, then do not overheat the sparking or whitening of the spring. For silicon-manganese steel, the temperature usually cannot exceed 850°C. And the support ring and the useful circle should be in contact. If there is a gap, as long as the gap does not exceed 10% of the nominal gap between the rings.

(3) The characteristics of the multi-strand spring are determined by adjusting the lead. When the winding is made, the cable distance can be adjusted as needed. The screw distance can be 3 to 14 times the diameter of the wire, but the ordinary one can only take 8 to 13 times the best. Its spring force is also closely related to the natural height, the end ring, the outer diameter, the wire function, etc. It can be adjusted by adjusting one or more of them

(4) The critical spring time is 24 hours and the common spring is 6 hours. The clearance between the spring and the mandrel when compressing is mainly in the best state of the mandrel diameter of 10%. If the clearance is too small, it will be very difficult to operate. If the clearance is too large, the spring will easily bend and deform.

(5) For those springs with larger values of H0/D2, attention should be paid to their deformation during heat treatment, and a method of placement should be considered so that a more suitable heat treatment device can be selected. Under the premise of being able to repair, several times of tempering and hot pressing can be performed until the target can be completed.

(6) Generally, the treatment of the spring surface is treated with ordinary phosphating, and some of them are treated with other methods. As long as plating is performed with zinc and cadmium, hydrogen removal should be performed after plating, and 3% (not less than 3) of products should be sampled after removing hydrogen to perform sampling inspection. The phenomenon of fracture can occur. In addition, if the surface of the spring has dirt, salt marks, and oxide scales, etc., you can use sand blowing or gasoline cleaning methods to deal with, but you must not use acid to clean.
