Machining is a very rigorous job and requires operators with high quality. What are the safety precautions for mechanical processing?

First, the positioning must be precise to prevent malfunction caused by vibration.

Second, try not to move back and forth as far as possible to avoid unnecessary lameness and bending.

Third, the direction of movement of the operating parts of the machine tool equipment and the direction of movement of the components to be operated must comply with regulations, and there must be simple symbols for marking.

Fourthly, the structure and arrangement of handwheels, handles and buttons must be in compliance with the regulations. Handwheel handles installed on the shafts will injure people when they are automatically fed into the shaft. Therefore, automatic release devices must be installed. And the start button should also be installed in the chassis, or installed guard against accidental touch guard ring.

Fifth, it is necessary to install necessary interlocking mechanisms to prevent accidents caused by uncoordinated operation of multiple people or inconsistencies between operating parts
