When the precision parts are processed in the metal processing equipment, what are the later steps? What are the precautions for each process?

Part contour processing:

1. Unformed shape tolerances shall meet the requirements of GB1184-80.

2. The tolerance for the length of the uninjected part is ±0.5mm.

3, no note radius R5.

Part surface treatment:

1. There should be no scratches, scratches or other defects on the surface of the parts on the surface of the parts.

Heat treatment of parts:

1, after conditioning, HRC50 ~ 55.

2, medium carbon steel: 45 or 40Cr parts for high-frequency quenching, 350 ~ 370 °C tempering, HRC40 ~ 45.

3. Carburizing depth 0.3mm.

4, high temperature aging treatment.

Technical requirements after finishing:

1. The parts after finishing processing shall not be directly placed on the ground, and necessary support and protective measures shall be taken.

2, the processing surface does not allow rust and defects affecting performance, life or appearance of bumps, scratches and other defects.

3, Rolling finish the surface, after rolling without peeling phenomenon.

4, the final process heat treatment parts, the surface should not have oxide skin. After finishing the mating surface, tooth surface should not have annealing

 

Sealing of parts:

1. Each seal must be saturated with oil before assembly.

2. Check and remove the sharp corners, burrs, and foreign objects that remain during part processing before assembly. Ensure that the seal is not scratched when it is installed.

3, after the adhesive should be removed from the excess adhesive.
