The preparatory work before electroplating is to do common tasks such as maintenance of tools and equipment, maintenance of electroplating solutions, preparation of used materials, training of technical forces, etc. before putting into production, so as not to take up electroplating processing time and affect production progress. The specific contents are described below.
(1) Hanging and fixture maintenance. After repeated use of the hanging, fixtures are often damaged, such as branch fork hook damage, can no longer load the number of workpieces should be, not only affect the production efficiency, but also due to hanging, fixtures, sparse branch caused by the current distribution Unevenness leads to quality problems such as plating deposits. Although some of the hangers and fixtures were not broken at the time but they were damaged, they may also fall off during the electroplating process, causing the loss or damage of the plated parts. In addition, the separation of the insulating glue will shorten the service life of the hangers and fixtures, and the plating solution will be contaminated. Therefore, inspection and maintenance are required before use. This work takes time, and if it has been repaired before it is put into production, When you use it, you can use it, which greatly improves work efficiency.
(2) Maintenance of plating solution. The following five points should be focused on.
1 The plating solution is polluted and must be treated promptly;
2 electroplating solution should be regularly analyzed;
3 The platings falling into the tank should be removed in time;
4 Check the anode's activation and dissolution at any time;
5 plating tank, pole terrier should be kept clean.
(3) Maintenance of machines, electrical equipment and tools. The main equipment in the electroplating workshop is the rectifier. The maintenance of the equipment is usually managed by the maintenance vehicle. Once a fault occurs, the application must be made immediately so that the other party can arrange for processing. The user must strictly implement the use system to reduce the occurrence of failures.
(4) Daily use of materials should be verified frequently. The inventory of materials should be accounted for, and efforts should be made to avoid the impact of material shortages on the production schedule (plating materials are not readily available for purchase by ordinary cities).
This is an important part of prenatal preparation and should be considered.
(5) Train personnel in a planned manner. The development of intellectual resources and the use of high-tech personnel to promote production are currently one of the important means of ensuring product quality and increasing economic efficiency. With the reserve of human resources, companies will no longer have embarrassing situations with tasks that they cannot accept.
