We divide the machining into the following four stages:

First, the first hole

For cabinets, brackets, and connecting rods, etc., the flat post-processing holes should be machined first. In this way, the machined holes can be positioned in a plane to ensure the accuracy of the position of the plane and the holes, and the processing of the holes in the plane can be facilitated.

Second, the first processing reference plane

During the processing of parts, the surface as a reference for positioning should be processed first so as to provide a fine reference for the processing of subsequent processes as soon as possible. Called "benchmark first."

Third, the finishing process

The finishing of the main surface (such as grinding, honing, fine grinding, rolling, etc.) shall be carried out in the final stage of the process route. The surface finish after processing is Ra 0.9um or more, and minor collisions will damage the surface in Japan. In countries such as Germany and Germany, they must be protected with flannel after finishing, and they are not allowed to directly touch the workpieces with hands or other objects, so that the finished surface will not be damaged due to the transfer and installation between processes.

Fourth, divide the processing stage

Surfaces with high processing quality requirements are divided into three stages: rough machining, semi-finishing and finishing. It is mainly to ensure the quality of processing; it is conducive to the rational use of equipment; it is convenient for arranging heat treatment processes; and it is convenient to find rough defects.
