First, it is difficult to meet the quality requirements of various aspects of plating of different screws under the conventional plating process conditions.
Second, the hardware screw specifications are too close, the size and length seem to be similar. Large and hexagon socket bolts are separated to electroplate. Otherwise, when it's time to electroplate, it's not easy to divide, and the screening is not good.
Third, the heavier screws and the lighter screws, the smaller screws and the larger screws are separately plated. Otherwise, it may happen that the two will be encountered during the plating process, resulting in damage to the screws.
Fourth, the screws are easy to plate together with two cards that should be separated. Otherwise two different sizes and types of screws will stick together and they will clump together during plating. Can not lead to electroplating. Even after plating, it is difficult for us to separate the two types of screws.
