For different stainless steel fasteners, we will find some unusual phenomena in our daily life, that is, the fasteners are very difficult to disassemble. In order to be able to better disassemble the fasteners and use them as soon as possible, the following snails share with you. Three difficult forms to deal with the skills.
Stainless steel fastener
First, remove the rusted bolts and nuts
Soak in kerosene for 20-30 minutes. Hammer around the nut with a hand hammer, loosen the rust layer and unscrew it. If it still cannot be removed, use a torch to heat the nut. When the nut is heated and the screw is heated, remove the nut quickly. If it is a threaded slide fastener, drill an enlarged hole in the threaded hole, re-make the thread, and then prepare a stepped bolt with one end enlarged and the other end to maintain the original diameter, increase the original screw hole, and then machine an internal and external thread The outer diameter of the nut is matched with that of the enlarged screw hole. The inner screw hole is the same as the original diameter. Apply 502 adhesive to the outer thread, and then screw in the enlarged screw hole.
Second, remove the broken rivets
When the broken screw has a large diameter and is relatively loose, you can use the hand hammer and the flat chisel to slowly withdraw in the opposite direction of the thread. If the breakage head is higher than the end face, it can be twisted into a square shape or screwed out by welding a nut in the breakage head. If the breakage is less than the end surface or there is no outcrop, drill a hole in the breakage head and then wedge it into a multi-edge hardened steel file. Unscrew the reversed screw with a reverse screw. When it is allowed to increase the screw hole, drill the broken screw with a drill and increase the thread again.
Third, remove the spring group
In order to prevent fasteners from deforming due to uneven force, the screw sets should be disassembled symmetrically diagonally. When disassembling, first loosen the screws 1 to 2 and then remove them one by one. For square or round parts, disassemble symmetrically by diagonal or center. The long strip parts can be gradually loosened and disassembled in the order of symmetrical and diagonal lines from the two sides to the middle or from the middle to both sides. Replace the screws in the hard-to-remove area and loosen and remove them first. When disassembling the cantilever-shaped multi-screw couplings, they should be loosened one by one from the lower side, and one or two screws at the top must be removed at last. Otherwise, accidents or parts deformation and damage may easily occur
