The blank blanking process is as follows:

(1) The blank load is 30% to 70% of the drum volume (including abrasives), too much or too little will extend the rolling time;

(2) convex and concave parts need to add 5% to 7% of the blank volume of abrasive;

(3) Submerge the blanks in the drum and add water to the blanks. If the crude oil is greasy, roll the lye first, and then perform the acid rolling. If the rough oil is not serious, only the acid rolling (rolling time is determined according to the rough, generally 2~3h);

(4) Turn on the drum to clean the sewage in the drum. If the alkali solution is to be lighted and then the acid is to be light-rolled, the alkali must be washed away. Otherwise, green ferrous sulfate will adhere to the surface and affect the rolling. Light;

(5) After the clean water in the cylinder is changed, clean water is poured into the inundated blank, and then the acid or lye is added to continue rolling. The time is determined according to the rough, generally 1 to 2 hours;

(6) Turn on the roller, and pour the blank into the vessel together with the rolling liquid to be plated. If the solution cannot be submerged, add some water to the submerged blank.
