1 Scope
This part of GB/T 90 specifies the requirements that fastener manufacturers and distributors should follow in the quality assurance system. The purpose of these requirements is to reduce or prevent the appearance of substandard fastener products so that the specified characteristics are close to zero defect quality goals.
This section describes the requirements from the receipt of raw materials, through the manufacturing process to delivery to the distributor or user (assembler).

3. Terms and Definitions
This standard uses the following terms and definitions
3.1 Quality Planning advanced quality planning
Part of quality management (in terms of quality and coordination of the control of the organization's activities) is devoted to the establishment of quality objectives (pursuant for quality purposes) and stipulates the necessary operational processes (translating inputs into outputs that are interrelated or interacting Group activities) and related resources to achieve quality objectives.
Note: The preparation of a quality plan (a project, product, process or contract to be determined, the document specifying who and when to use which procedures and related resources) may be part of the quality plan.

Note: Customers can be users or distributors.

Different types of fasteners of the same type are produced in the same package.
3.6 Control Plan control plan
Describe the manufacturing process of fasteners to determine the control points that provide control and minimize product fluctuations in the production process.
3.7 Defect defect
The requirements related to the intended or prescribed use have not been met.
Note: When there is a defect, the fastener will not be able to complete the intended or intended use (GB/T 19000).
3.8 Distributors (Wholesalers) distributor(stockist)
There are three types of institutions or individuals who purchase fasteners and sell them to other organizations or individuals.
3.8.1 Remanufactured dealers waste distributor
Distributors who need to restructure fasteners before resale.
3.8.2 Reseller distributor pass-through distributor
Resellers that resell the original manufacturer's packaging without resealing or restructuring.
3.8.3 Change packaging distributor repackaging distributor
Resellers that only repackage fasteners prior to resale.
3.9 Fastener Features
Fastener size, mechanical properties, or other performance characteristics.
3.10 Fastener quality assurance system fasterner quality assuran
It is often combined with a fastener manufacturing system such as a written quality control plan that includes prototype development, initial products, and end products. It includes quality planning (3.1), continuous improvement, defect prevention, and real-time control of fastener size, mechanical properties, and other performance characteristics.

Note 2: From a technical point of view, a production lot can be divided into several manufacturing lots and then merged into the same production lot (GB/T 3098.17).
3.14 Production lot number manufacturing lot number
The unique number given by the manufacturer, through which the complete production process of the finished product, as well as the heat number of the raw material, can be traced completely.
3.15 Failed non-conformity
Not meet the requirements.

3.18 Product Continual Improvement

3.21 traceability number trace number
The alphanumeric code used by the dealer to identify the original manufacturer and the production lot number.
3.22 traceability of fasteners traceability of fasteners
Through its identification records, it confirms or confirms the production history of a certain fastener product, and establishes its raw material delivery number, processing and manufacturing process number, and raw material furnace number.
3.23 User user
Institutions or individuals who purchase or otherwise obtain fastener products and use the product for the purpose of assembly, inspection, or repair.
3.24 Zero defect conception
The establishment of a quality goal is a conception of products that do not meet the intended or intended use within a given batch of fasteners.
