In order to ensure the correctness and standardization of the carburizing process of the parts, the carburizing process of the heat-treated parts needs to be done in accordance with the process. The following is a description of the carburizing process flow of heat-treated parts:
1. Acceptance parts: The surface of parts that are to be carburized must be clean, free of oil, impurities, etc.; otherwise, it will affect the carburizing quality of the parts surface.
2. Pre-seepage preparation: The heating equipment is ready to add the seepage agent to check whether the sealing of the industrial furnace equipment is in good condition, etc. For local carburizing parts, protective measures shall be taken, such as anti-seepage paste or copper plating.
3. Carburizing: The number and speed of the infiltration agent should be appropriate, and pay attention to the three stages of carburizing: the decomposition of the carburizing medium; the absorption of carbon atoms; the diffusion of carbon atoms; the amount of addition at each stage is different.
4. Cooling: Cool to room temperature with water or oil to achieve the required tissue morphology.
5, penetration layer inspection: The inspection of the penetration layer is mainly used for sample inspection.
6. Post-wetting heat treatment: re-quenching and tempering, generally the final heat treatment.
7, inspection: mainly quenched parts hardness test, metallographic method can also be used to observe.
8, open certificate.
