Flooring and equipment foundation anti-corrosion generally use resin mortar floor structure with a total thickness of approximately 7-10 mm. The structure is: primer 1-2 lanes + glass steel (2 cloth 3 oil) isolation layer + resin mortar layer ( 5-7 mm) + surface layer (about 1 mm). Epoxy vinyl resins are now used as anti-corrosion resins for floor and equipment foundations, but the construction unit is also accustomed to using epoxy as the primer material in order to increase the adhesive properties of the resin and the base layer. Epoxy resins generally use amine curing agents. After curing, there are oily substances floating on the surface. When they are bonded to vinyl resins, they are not well matched. The cured surface needs to be treated to prevent subsequent corrosion. Structural construction, if not handled easily, it is easy to stratify and crack. According to experts, the adhesion between the epoxy vinyl resin and the concrete foundation is more than 2 MPa, so the epoxy vinyl resin has sufficient adhesion performance as a primer material. Therefore, it is recommended to use epoxy vinyl resin as a primer directly. Material is primed, the same epoxy vinyl resin is used for all other layers.
