(I) Try to choose all conditions that have a small cutting resistance, that is, the most appropriate tool feed rate and cutting speed (or spindle speed).
(b) Adjust the cutting speed to avoid resonance.
(c) To reduce the working weight of the parts that cause vibration, the smaller the inertia, the better.
(d) Fix or clamp the place where the vibration is greatest, such as a center frame, work retainer, etc.
(e) Improve the rigidity of the processing system, such as the use of a holder with a higher spring rate or the use of a special shock absorber with a Dynamic Damper to absorb impact energy.
(6) Work from the direction of rotation of the blade and the work (the work will press down the tool and also increase the stability of the tool).
