Second, even with this willingness, the cost is very large. To re-test the torque, it is necessary to stop the entire assembly line, and it is basically impossible to stop for an hour or two. In the end, it is not worth the candle. Because the bolts are standardized and automated mass production, the foreign production costs are not much different from the domestic ones. It is not much money to switch to domestic production. Considering the test verification cost of switching, the cost performance is too poor. Basically no one is willing to do this.
