We use 5% sodium chloride solution with a little glacial acetic acid. The solution will down to about 3, so it will be acidic. At a result, the salt spray will be acidic as well. The rate of corrosion is 3 times faster than NSS test.
But different test for different material. We will choose the good way for evaluation.
How do you control your quality.
We have test equipment, such salt spray text, CCD selecting and so on. And we can provide you material test certificate of the goods when it is finished.
Can you strictly follow the tolerance on the drawing and meet the high precision?
Yes, we can. Since the factory is basically machined production, the measurements can be insured.
