After the nylon nut began to vibrate, the axial force rapidly decayed, remained basically unchanged after 20 kN, and the axial force was generally attenuated by 70.5%. This shows that the nylon nut performance is slightly better than the previous four nuts.


However, since the hexagonal thin nut starts to vibrate, the axial force is only slightly attenuated, and the axial force is maintained at more than 60 kN throughout the vibration cycle. The total axial force attenuation is less than 10%, and the anti-loosening effect maintains the initial state. It can be seen that the nuts are more excellent in their anti-loosening performance than other nuts.
