The quadratic measuring instrument uses its own hardware (CCD, eyepiece, objective data cable, video capture card) to transmit the captured image to the data acquisition card of the computer through the data line, and then the software displays the image on the computer monitor. The operator makes a quick measurement on the computer with the mouse. The above process is basically completed in tens of thousands of seconds, so it can be regarded as a real-time detection device, or a narrow point can be called a dynamic measurement device. If the configuration is satisfactory, the device will never produce image lag. Due to the size of the work-piece, the workbench can choose different strokes. The brightness of the light source is adjustable, and the most suitable light source brightness can be selected under various lighting conditions.

How can you make sure the quality?
There are QC inspectors, and test equipment for quality control. In each floor of our facoty, there is laboratory or quality control inspection room to control evey step of production.
How long is your lead time?
Generally it is 1 day if the goods are in stock, and 7-10 days for the order less than 50,000pcs, and 20-40 days for mass production.
How is the transportation?
By air, by express services, by sea.
How can I get a sample to check your quality?
Usually, if there are the screws in stock acheive your needs, we can offer the free samples. Customized sample would charge USD 200-1000. Sample cost will be refunded after order conformation. Lead time is 7-15 days.
