The common problems occuring to the screws:
1. The head of the screw is deformed. It is very likely that this problem is caused by a position in the screw mold during the production process that is not placed or improperly adjusted.
2. The head of the screw is not round. This problem is also common in the process of the production.
3. The screw has some burrs. This is mainly because the mould is not formed well, and when the punch is short, it will cause such a problem.
4. There is a crack in the head of the screw. This may be caused by the unqualified material.
