When I entered the narrow and dim workshop, I smelled a pungent smell of nitric acid. I saw a yellow plastic barrel that was changed to a nitric acid tank in the chrome-plating tank. I was exposed to yellow smoke in this workshop, about 60 m2. The inside is covered with copper plating, nickel plating, chrome plating and other equipment. After the winter, the equipment for copper pickling and passivation of copper parts that were originally placed outdoors was also squeezed in (it is said that the outdoor water pipes are frozen after winter Cracking, unable to work and crowding in, is regarded as a comprehensive workshop. Due to the site relationship, no special cleaning tank is arranged in the pickling and passivation process of the copper parts. After the workpieces are processed, they are cleaned in the chrome plating cleaning tank. As a result, a large amount of copper ions and nitric acid components are accumulated in the cleaning tank. Due to the unreasonable design of the upper water of the cleaning tank, the water source is not connected to the bottom of the tank but above the water surface, and the sewage in the cleaning tank does not achieve the effect of recycling. For this reason, the content of copper ions, nitric acid, and chromic acid in the cleaning tank is always thick, although this tank is only used as a cleaning after the workpiece is chrome-plated, it should be impossible to contaminate the chrome plating solution, but due to the plastic cloth-clothing chrome plating fixture It is used repeatedly. Some plastic cloths have aged and there is a big gap between them. There is a lot of sewage, and the waste water is continuously brought into the chrome plating tank during repeated use.
