However, for threaded fasteners, it is not only required to have a certain degree of corrosion resistance in use, but also must ensure the interchangeability of the threads, which may also be referred to herein as the screwing property. In order to simultaneously meet the "preservative" and "interchangeable" dual-use properties required for the use of threaded fasteners, it is necessary to develop special plating standards.
GB/T5267.1-2002 [Threaded fastener plating] standard is one of the national standards "fastener surface treatment" series of standards, including: GB/T5267.1-2002 [fastener plating]; GB/T5267.2-2002 [fastener non-electrolytic zinc sheet coating] two standards. This standard is equivalent to the international standard ISO4042; 1999 [Threaded fastener plating]. This standard replaces GB/T5267-1985 [Threaded fastener plating] standard.
